Trafficking in Persons Report

The Secretary of State submits the annual "Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000: Trafficking in Persons Report" to Congress. This report covers "severe forms of trafficking in persons" defined as:

"(a) sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or (b) the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery."

Thus through his Night Life ( NightLife ), RMC InterCultural Communications Internet Network Mr. Chirstian is establishing the Traffic Stop Night Life ( NightLife ), RMC iniative. It was during the February Internet sweeps in which Mr. Christian was able to garner over One Millions hits during this time period. With monthly increases of 12 % this network now has to assume broader responsiabilities and social conscious actions. One of which is to help those who are caught in a cycle of sexual exploitation and as a result deeping slavery. Especially Women / Womyn who are force into prostitution by being trafficating them accross borders " with - out " passports to assure more control in the deepning of their sexual slavery.

Other issues being develooped are both a Missing Children's Network, and a Multi - National focus on Illegal Immigration, Amnesty, and Nulliiccation Issues.

Foundation " for " Arab - Israeli Reconciliation, Ithaca, New York

During the year 1975:

At Camp Ramah, which is a Zionist Youth ( Betar ) Camp, I met with Dr. Yossi Ben Dak, and was very interested in his approach to solving the problems which created the Middle East Conflicts. So, there, with his full awarenss, I litterally debrief him on what are his attitudes, and what inspired his actions in Co-Developing the then, existing Foundation for Arab Israeli Reconciliation.

Since then The Foundation defunct in the wake of the Begin - Sadat Peace Accords, negotiated by President Jimmy Carter. Also, people lost contact with Dr. Ben Dak likewise, and his Arab Co - Founder.

None the less, it was his process which I began to used, along. with the addition techniques of interviews ( trained by Arthur Murray Dance Studios Incorporated ), to get significant information from 840 Arab/ Palestinians, and 760 Israelis, mostly attending various Universities and Colleges ( within Western New York, and Ontario Canada 1976 to 2002), from which I discovered the genius of his, Dr. Ben Daks's, single vision. This was not easy, and it took three decades to accomblish this.

Dr. Yossi Ben Dak was absolutely right, and it is hoped that his efforts will be fully recognized, as I make this work.

Now with the Internet networking initiative underway, The F.A.I.R. name has resurfaced under this present effort. This includes The MSN Group Foundation for Arab - Israel Reconciliation Ithaca, New York which has as of December 5, 2007 101 members, 3 graduates working on their thesis with both the groups name and focusing on a segment of its objectives, and various teachers, K - 12 at various locations in the USA.

Forecast now is a national meeting here in Ithaca, New York.
